Eric is a seasoned food lawyer and consultant with over 15 years of experience navigating the complex landscape of food regulation. His background spans work with state and local government, FDA and USDA regulations, private practice, and consulting, offering a unique blend of legal acumen and practical insight.
Eric brings a farm-to-fork perspective to regulatory compliance, having worked across all facets of food production and distribution. His subject matter expertise includes FDA regulations, including FSMA, USDA oversight of food production and safety, compliance program development, product development, labeling and marketing, and managing regulatory enforcement issues at the local, state, and federal levels. Known for his business-minded approach, Eric is committed to helping companies succeed by delivering safe, high-quality food products with transparency and integrity.
